- Reviewed in the United States on July 3, 2016The first day I used this was a 5k race. My time was the same but from the start my breathing was not heavy the first mile like normal. My breathing was consistent with a cardiovascular workout throughout the race and I had no difficulty running the entire race, hills and all, without stopping to walk a little. A week later I went on a beach vacation and found I was running 10 min miles versus 14 min miles. I can always tell when I've put a "foreign" substance in my body to get energy and endurance. This product felt natural and other than the results and breathing I didn't notice I had taken anything. Also had achy thigh muscles for about 4 years that stretching and other supplementation did not alleviate the symptom. after 30 days of taking Cordyceps and Reshi Mushroom powder the pain is gone. "The Truth About Cancer" documentary states Cordyceps and Reshi have cancer fighting properties in them. The health benefits go beyond what i've mentioned here. I recommend these products to all!
- Reviewed in the United States on May 13, 2016I had heard about the benefits of Cordyseps mushrooms on The Truth About Cancer series for increased oxygen and immune function. I have been using it before a tough exercise class and found the claims to be true! I didn't get winded as usual, had more "breath", energy, and and endurance. There was a marked difference each time so I ruled out a placebo effect. I also used it on long 12 hr work days and had more enduring mental energy and a sense of well-being. After researching Cordyseps I contacted the company with some questions about quality and growth practices. They graciously and thoroughly answered all my questions. Their growing methods appear to ensure purity and higher concentrations and are grown in plants, not insects. Also, I have an autoimmune disease and Cordyseps is suppose to regulate immune function, but I won't know the results of that until my next blood tests. I'm so glad to have found this ancient Chinese medicine that the earth has provided for our heath.

Arlene - Reviewed in the United States on September 17, 2022What’s the point of claiming a products health benefits & using words like “organic & good quality “ if it’s processed with machinery that can expose the consumer to cancer causing agents. Yes this product is good for your immune system it just might cause you cancer tho. Wtf!?
And worse it’s not mentioned here on Amazon (or at least not on the marketing pictures) so not only is am I potentially exposing myself to cancer but I’m also being robbed by this organization’s strategic decision to not disclose this information in a clear & noticeable slide photo.

Been taking this 1x a day (2 caps) for 6 weeks and am simply stunned by the results for asthma. (There aren’t studies on Cordyceps militaris in particular for asthma, but there are for the sinensis species
and my experience has been positive for the militaris.) Haven’t needed an inhaler for weeks in normal bad summer air quality, which is especially remarkable for me since we’ve been inundated with wildfire smoke. The AQIs have been in the 200s (hazardous to all) and I have to work outside for hours. Our skies are blackened by smoke and I haven’t needed the inhaler once! Normally, this time of year, I would need an inhaler several times a day to get through the wildfire smoke, or I would need to travel
away. Originally bought this for it’s anti-tumor potential for my pup and I have seen his energy and brightness return after 6 weeks of this. My only wish is for more guidance on doses and some trials/studies because I’m tired of explaining to vets the rationale of this supplement. He gets this and a large dose of Omega 3s now because that’s all he needs. He used to need a lot of Boswellia, yucca and turmeric in addition for arthritis, but hasn’t needed either for several weeks now. (If you want to get your dogs off traditional steroids and that awful metacam and rymdyl, try this! (Galliprant is marginally better but is $$$$ and it still messes up their GI system despite
what any vets say. Traditional veterinary anti-inflammatories aren’t sustainable. This is. I hate writing reviews, but this product had made such a difference in my life and my pup’s, I wanted to share. Since this brand is independently lab-tested for a minimum amount of beta-glucans, this is the only brand I will use.
